Maggie and Sam have been SICK! Last Thursday, Maggie had a chest x-ray and blood drawn because they were worried she had pneumonia...yikes! It turned out to be a viral lung infection. Sam went to the doctor on Tuesday because he couldn't stop coughing, wouldn't eat and was just plain sick. He had an ear infection, so he got antibiotics and is much better. There haven't been many pictures taken in the past week with all the sickness, but I did manage a couple...

On Sunday, January 13th, Dave's family held a reception in honor of his Grandma Alexander's 90th birthday. There was a special church service and then a reception after church. Of all the times for it to happen, my camera batteries (and the extra set that I carry with me) were dead, so this is my only picture. My brother-in-law took some, so hopefully I'll get some from him - but this is a picture of Maggie with her cousins Kate and Grace and their cousin Anna. They sang "Jesus Loves Me" during the church service. They got up in front of the whole congregation and sang...it was so cute!

If the cold wasn't bad enough, then we have to deal with sick kids! I hope your munchkins are feeling better - ice cream ALWAYS makes me feel better!
I'm sorry the kiddos have been sick! We've had some sickness around our house too. Guess it's that time of year! Thanks so much for my b-day card. You're so thoughtful! Miss you. Stay warm!
