My dear friend Kelly turned THIRTY on Tuesday, so some of us Shelby County girls surprised her in Macon on Sunday. We all gathered at the movie theater and watched 27 Dresses (hilarious, by the way) then we went to the Mexican restaurant for more good times! Kelly and Melissa and I have been friends forever - Kelly turned 30 this month, Melissa next month and me in March. Melissa and I wanted to get some annoying gag gifts for Kelly, but we knew they'd just get passed right on back to us in the next couple of months!
OK, this was a little odd. First, note the rubber chicken that the little guy is holding. They came out with that chicken squalking, singing Happy Birthday, then the other waiter tried to FEED Kelly some ice cream. Too weird!
